Today we maintain over 120+ properties weekly, including HOAs, apartment buildings, industrial yards, large complexes, and commercial facilities across Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. Our growth came from consistent service, professional communication, and delivering high-quality results for property managers and building owners who need dependable landscape partners.

Jorge Reyes
Founder & Lead Executive
Jorge Reyes is the Founder and Lead Executive at Rimpau Landscaping. He comes from a hardworking family that shaped his strong work ethic and built the foundation for his path in the landscaping industry. Over the years, he has continued to grow through experience, dedication, and consistency, ultimately building and expanding his own business. He is from the San Fernando Valley, and his company proudly serves communities throughout the Los Angeles area.
Jorge has over 20 years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance and large-scale operations. He manages multiple crews and oversees daily routes and high-priority accounts, including HOAs, apartment complexes, industrial yards, and business parks across the region.He remains hands-on in every part of the operation—from site inspections, proposals, and quality assurance to direct communication with property managers—ensuring consistent, reliable, and high-quality service.
Beyond daily operations, Jorge’s commitment to community impact was inspired by his brothers, Eric Jimenez and Ruben Reyes, who encouraged him to give back to the community. This led him to focus on contributing in his own way through his expertise in reducing waste and promoting more sustainable landscaping practices.
Through expanded recycling efforts, Rimpau Landscaping is also investing back into the community by creating new job opportunities, providing hands-on training, and supporting local economic growth.
Ruben Reyes
Project Manager
Ruben Reyes is the Project Manager at Rimpau Landscaping. He has been immersed in landscaping since the age of 8, growing up in a family that taught him discipline, hard work, and consistency. He later built eight years of experience in the banking industry, strengthening his skills in financial management and long-term planning.
He is also the co-founder of Events That Benefit, a nonprofit organization based in Everett, Washington. These experiences have shaped his mission to create a lasting impact in the San Fernando Valley by reducing waste, promoting eco-friendly practices, and supporting more sustainable community development.
Ruben is deeply committed to waste reduction efforts within the landscaping industry. He actively supports recycling initiatives, responsible green waste management, and practices that help minimize landfill contributions.
He remains extremely hands-on in daily operations and takes an active role in overseeing multiple projects from start to finish. Ruben is often in the field working alongside crews, helping troubleshoot job sites, and ensuring quality standards are met on every property.
Jennifer Dillon
Administrative Coordinator
Jennifer Dillon is an Administrative Coordinator at Rimpau Landscaping. She supports the company’s daily operations by assisting with scheduling, coordinating communication between clients and field teams, and helping ensure office processes run smoothly and efficiently.
She is from the San Fernando Valley, and her experience comes from working alongside her father, who operated his own company in Sun Valley, California, where she learned the ins and outs of coordinating day-to-day operations. This early hands-on experience helped her build a strong foundation in organization, communication, and operational support. It also inspired her to continue growing in the field and support business development in a meaningful way.
Her attention to detail, organization, and reliability contribute to the overall efficiency of Rimpau Landscaping, helping ensure that clients receive timely updates and that operations remain well-structured and on track.
Being part of a company focused on reducing waste and building more eco-friendly practices has further inspired her to support initiatives that positively impact the environment and local community.
